Quality exceeded expectations, looks way better in person than in the photos. The default size was a bit small but has one of those extendor things which makes it perfect. Got here to Birmingham in 8 days which was expected, the gold colour is perfect.

OK so I accidentally put my old address when ordering (just moved house) and messaged them in a panic - they sorted it straight away and even followed up to make sure it arrived safely! The necklace itself is gorgeous, been wearing it for weeks now and still looks fresh.. Seriously though, the weight is perfect, not too heavy but you know it's quality, and that verse has gotten me through some tough times recently. Can't recommend enough!
